Seasonal Irrigation Services<\/strong><\/h5>\nMPS Property Services can offer additional services for clients with automatic irrigation systems in place to best maximize their effectiveness, and also minimize the costs of watering your turf. Throughout the year, MPS offers the following irrigation system maintenance services:<\/p>\n
\n\nOpening and System Check<\/h3>\n\n- Late April \u2013 early May<\/li>\n
- Timer will be set for typical spring run conditions. Timer may or may not be activated at this time.<\/li>\n
- Complete system check<\/li>\n
- Minor repairs to be performed as necessary<\/li>\n
- Major repairs and upgrades will require approval by owner \/ property manager before work is undertaken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Early Summer Maintenance Visit<\/h3>\n\n- Mid-June \u2013 mid-July (depending on weather)<\/li>\n
- Timer adjusted to summer run conditions<\/li>\n
- Complete system check<\/li>\n
- Minor repairs to be performed as necessary<\/li>\n
